Overview

The Front Office Manager at Keswick Hall is responsible for leading all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury resort standards. This role oversees various teams, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and VIP Guest Relations, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure personalized and memorable service for all guests.
  • Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recovery efforts.
  • Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Bell Services, Guest Services, and Transportation departments.
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and rate management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor front office staff.
  • Manage front office labor costs, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of front office experience, with 2 years in management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems (Opera).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality software.
