Overview

Plum Market is looking for a Front of House Team Member to support the Prepared Foods Department in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and visually appealing area, and preparing fresh food items. Passion for high-quality food and excellent customer service is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers in the Prepared Foods Department
  • Prepare and replenish the Prepared Foods showcase with fresh, properly rotated items
  • Assemble sandwiches and pizzas following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure displays are clean, full, and visually appealing throughout the day
  • Follow proper rotation, labeling, and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general departmental cleaning
  • Communicate clearly with customers, team members, store leadership, and the director group
  • Support fellow team members in daily operations and guest interactions
  • Adhere to all Plum Market policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices
