Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor at Target Hospitality is responsible for managing guest services and assisting management in the daily operations of the facility. This role involves supervising front desk personnel, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety culture by following all SOPs, JSAs, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise and direct front desk personnel
  • Plan, direct, and maintain work schedules for the front desk team
  • Greet all incoming guests and employees courteously and professionally
  • Check in all arrivals using designated systems
  • Process payments and transactions
  • Enter registration information of guests and perform data entry
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner and manage correspondence
  • Aid management with reports and tracking as required
  • Provide world-class customer service

Required skills

  • 5+ years of administration experience in the hospitality industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • First aid certification (an asset)
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with or without supervision
  • Willingness to travel and work long rotations
