Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor at Target Hospitality is responsible for guest services and supporting management in the general operations of the lodge. The role includes supervising front desk personnel, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service for all guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety culture following SOP's, JSA's, and policies
  • Supervise front desk personnel as directed by management
  • Plan, direct, and maintain work schedules for the front desk team
  • Greet incoming guests and employees courteously
  • Check in arrivals using designated systems
  • Accept payments and process transactions
  • Enter guest registration information and perform data entry
  • Answer incoming calls and handle correspondence
  • Assist in report preparation and tracking as required
  • Provide world-class customer service to exceed guest needs
  • Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures

Required skills

  • 5+ years of administration experience in hospitality or remote camp environments
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • First aid certification (asset)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
