Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor at Target Hospitality will be responsible for overseeing guest services and supporting the management at a facility in Mcallen, Texas. The role includes supervising front desk personnel, maintaining work schedules, and ensuring a high level of customer service while adhering to safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct front desk personnel as per management's guidance
  • Plan and maintain work schedules for the front desk team
  • Greet incoming guests and employees courteously
  • Check in guests using designated systems and process transactions
  • Perform data entry and manage reports using computer programs
  • Answer incoming calls and manage communication efficiently
  • Prepare and organize correspondence for pick up
  • Assist the Manager with report preparation and tracking
  • Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures

Required skills

  • 5+ years of administration experience in hospitality or remote camp environments
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel and work long rotations away from home
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
