Overview

Join the Dogtopia team as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact as a Canine Concierge in a lively dog daycare, boarding, and spa environment. This part-time role requires a love for dogs and strong organizational skills to effectively manage customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell daycare enrollments
  • Lead tours of the facility
  • Book Meet & Greet appointments on the phone
  • Make phone calls to leads and follow up with Pet Parents
  • Post on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Use computer software including MS Office and iOS
  • Deliver excellent customer service while balancing the needs of Canine Coaches
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
  • Answer phones, emails, and questions from Pet Parents
  • Strive for high customer review ratings
