You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming studio environment, building client relationships, and helping people move and feel their best!ResponsibilitiesOwn the front desk experience by warmly greeting clients, checking members in, answering phones, responding to questions, and maintaining a welcoming studio environmentManage the client schedule by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments while keeping the studio calendar organizedDrive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone and helping them find the right membership for their goalsBuild strong member relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and exceptional customer serviceSupport member retention by creating a seamless client experience and addressing member questions or concernsPromote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continuously developing your sales skillsWork closely with the studio team to contribute to daily operations and team goalsWhat You'll HavePrevious experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine interest in helping people and creating a positive client experienceConfidence speaking with customers and asking for the saleStrong organization and attention to detailOpenness to learning, receiving feedback, and developing new skillsA positive, team-oriented attitudeA genuine love for sales!Who We Are:Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time.
