Job Description

Overview

The Front Desk III position at Target Hospitality involves managing guest services and supporting facility operations under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor. The role includes supervising front desk personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety culture by following all SOPs, JSAs, Policies, and Procedures
  • Supervise and direct front desk personnel as per Manager's guidance
  • Plan and maintain work schedules for front desk team
  • Greet guests and employees courteously and professionally
  • Check in arrivals using designated systems
  • Process payments and transactions
  • Conduct data entry for guest registration and generate reports
  • Answer incoming calls and manage faxes and emails
  • Assist Manager with reports, sign off sheets, and correspondence
  • Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Required skills

  • 3+ years administration experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to travel and work long rotations away from home
  • First aid certification (an asset)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Capacity to meet physical demands of the role
