Overview

As a Front Desk I at Target Hospitality in Benavides, Texas, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services while supporting the management team in the operations of the facility. Your role will include greeting guests, managing check-ins, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety culture by following SOPs, JSAs, and company policies
  • Greet all incoming guests and employees professionally
  • Check in arrivals using designated systems
  • Process payments and handle transactions
  • Enter registration information and process reports
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks as required
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner
  • Manage incoming faxes and emails
  • Prepare correspondence including packages and mail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to exceed guest needs
  • Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures

Required skills

  • 1+ year administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • First aid certification is a plus
  • Must pass background check and urinalysis
  • Transportation to and from the facility
