Colwen Hotels is seeking friendly and energetic Front Desk Attendants for the new Moxy Hotel & Residence Inn in Portland, set to open in Summer 2026. This role involves welcoming guests, facilitating their stay, and providing bartending services, aiming to create memorable first impressions in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and hospitality
  • Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local area
  • Perform bartending duties, including preparing and serving drinks
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
  • Stay informed on hotel offerings and local events
  • Support other departments as needed
