Overview

As a Front Counter Representative at Astound, you will be responsible for selling products and packages, demonstrating services, and providing excellent customer service at the retail center in Sequim, Washington. Your role will include communicating current promotions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively resolving inquiries and issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell products and packages to customers
  • Demonstrate services to inbound customer traffic
  • Communicate current promotions and offers
  • Establish rapport with visitors and assess their needs
  • Review and enhance customer service levels
  • Provide efficient feedback and resolve customer issues
  • Process payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
  • Document sales progress and productivity

Required skills

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred
  • Knowledge of cable and data products and services
  • Problem-solving abilities
