Milk Makeup is seeking a Freelance Social Copywriter to join their editorial team in New York City. This part-time role focuses on creating and editing social media copy while collaborating with other team members to ensure alignment with brand strategies and latest product positioning.

Key responsibilities

  • Write and edit organic and paid social copy for Milk's platforms
  • Review assets with copy when available
  • Stay updated on product positioning with the editorial team
  • Collaborate with the Editorial Director for copy review and approvals
  • Support the paid and DTC team with ad copy needs
  • Handle ad hoc copy requests including brainstorming and product name ideation
