FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Our client is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and key stakeholders across the business to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation from public accounting and a desire to leverage those skills in a dynamic corporate finance environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the annual budget process and periodic forecasts Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for leadership Support variance analysis and help explain key drivers impacting business performance Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance, profitability, and growth opportunities Improve reporting processes and contribute to finance transformation initiatives Participate in special projects and cross-functional business initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Public accounting experience required CPA or CPA-track preferred Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This position is an excellent opportunity for a public accountant looking to make a transition into corporate finance while gaining exposure to executive leadership, strategic planning, and broad business operations.
