Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law PC is seeking a Fort Worth Call Center Representative to assist clients in the criminal defense process by managing calls effectively. The role involves following call center scripts, identifying client needs, and setting appointments while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow call center scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify client's needs and clarify information
  • Obtain necessary information for further processing
  • Assist with setting new client appointments
  • Assist with processing payments

Required skills

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
