Overview

Kutol Products Company is seeking a Formulation and Process Development Chemist who will play a critical role in transforming ideas into scalable products, from lab formulation to full-scale manufacturing. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a strong adherence to regulatory standards across various product categories, including OTC drugs and cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and validate innovative formulations for new and existing products
  • Scale product and process development from laboratory to commercial manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards through technical documentation
  • Support the design and evaluation of compliant packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement using scientific and statistical tools

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of GMP regulated formulation and process development experience
  • Experience in scaling products from lab to commercial manufacturing
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Practical hands-on approach to scale-up and manufacturing
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects
