Overview

MI Windows and Doors is seeking an experienced Forklift & Overhead Crane Operator for their receiving operations in Tualatin, Oregon. This hands-on role involves daily operation of forklifts and overhead cranes to efficiently manage materials in a safety-compliant environment, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift daily to unload trucks and move inbound materials
  • Use overhead cranes to lift, position, and stage large materials
  • Handle oversized or heavy loads with precision and control
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality
  • Verify materials against packing slips and receiving documents
  • Transport and place materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
  • Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies

Required skills

  • Forklift experience (required)
  • Forklift certification (strongly preferred)
  • Overhead crane experience (preferred)
  • Experience handling large, heavy, or fragile materials safely
  • 1+ year in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
  • Team-oriented mindset
