Job Description

Overview

As a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Analyst at Arrow Electronics, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance for a multi-billion dollar FTZ inventory and its associated processes. The role involves interfacing with various departments and US Customs while managing daily FTZ operations and utilizing third-party software to ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily FTZ administration using third-party software
  • Review internal WMS transactions for inventory accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for FTZ issues
  • Collaborate with teams to map processes and transactions of new ICRS
  • Engage with internal and external customers as well as US CBP officials
  • Develop and update SOPs and FTZ Manual

Required skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to audit receipts against documentation
  • Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, lookups, simple formulas)
  • Power BI experience
  • Knowledge of FTZ and CBP regulatory issues
  • Recordkeeping skills (electronic and manual)
  • Independence in task completion
