Overview

As a Food Services Area Supervisor at Six Flags Great Adventure, you will lead and support stand supervisors in the daily operation of food service locations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and enhancing the guest experience. This role involves training staff, monitoring inventory, and fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of stand supervisors and associates
  • Assist in ongoing training and motivation for high-quality customer service
  • Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures
  • Inspect equipment and work areas for cleanliness and safety
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and rotation of items
  • Foster teamwork among management for smooth operation
  • Troubleshoot issues related to staff, equipment, or service
  • Enhance guest experience with positive, energetic engagement
  • Address guest concerns and gather feedback
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization within assigned area
  • Provide feedback and support to staff for performance improvement
  • Implement coaching and development plans for staff
  • Evaluate associates for potential promotions
  • Comply with all Six Flags policies
