Overview

As a Food Service Worker at SSP America, you will play a crucial role in preparing, serving, and stocking food and beverages at the Pittsburgh Airport. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
  • Receive payment from customers and process change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work and storage areas
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
  • Return all items used during the shift to their proper place
