Overview

As a Food Service Worker at SSP America, you will play a vital role in preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages at the Pittsburgh Airport's restaurant portfolio. This position involves interacting with guests and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service in the food service area.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
  • Receive payment from customers and process change
  • Maintain, clean, and organize all work and storage areas
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
  • Return all items used during your shift to the proper place
