Overview

Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join their Food Services Team at Hutchinson Correctional. This role involves overseeing staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the safety and quality of food production while promoting teamwork and employee development.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets.
  • Direct daily activities and maintain food production standards.
  • Ensure safe storage of food items and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain sanitation standards and conduct inventory management on a weekly basis.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, promoting growth and morale.
  • Train and mentor food service workers.
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Maintain communication with staff regarding catering events and other duties.
  • Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
