Braum's is seeking a positive and energetic Food Service Shift Supervisor to manage the food service operations in Salina, Kansas. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, maximizing sales, and leading the store crew while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed
