Overview

The Food Service Director at Aramark is responsible for managing dining operations and developing dining solutions to meet the needs of customers at the University of Delaware's Caesar Rodney Dining Hall. This role involves leadership, financial management, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards while overseeing staff training and performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor dining teams to maximize contributions

  • Build revenue and manage budgets, including cost controls
