Overview

The Food Service Attendant at Tim Hortons Victoria Airport will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. This role involves handling food and beverages, processing orders, and ensuring cleanliness and health standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Process orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Receive payment from customers and process change.
  • Serve a variety of food items and beverages.
  • Follow recipes and practice portion control.
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills

  • Six months experience in a food service environment preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
  • Customer service problem-solving skills
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
  • Food handlers permit as required by law
  • Brand Certification as required
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and POS procedures
  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces
