Key responsibilities

  • Maintain good housekeeping in kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food

  • Fill salt, pepper, and napkin dispensers after meals
  • Assist in moving and storing supplies
  • Attend required staff training sessions

Required skills

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Culinary/food service training certificate (preferred)
  • Three months experience in food service (preferred)
  • Serve Safe certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of personal cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to meet state or local food handling requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification (must obtain and maintain)
