Overview

The Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey is responsible for ensuring compliance with health standards by overseeing cleanliness, inspecting facilities, and training staff on health practices. The role includes conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation related to hygiene and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sanitation audits and inspections of facilities
  • Enforce food preparation and handling procedures according to health standards
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization within assigned areas for guest and associate safety
  • Audit proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent workplace injuries
