Overview

Key responsibilities

  • Complete closing duties including storage of reusable goods and cleaning of all equipment

  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Follow company and safety policies, reporting unsafe work conditions
