Overview

Johanna Foods, Inc. is seeking skilled Food Plant Electricians and Electromechanical Technicians to perform complex maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment within their food manufacturing facility in Flemington, New Jersey. The role requires significant experience in troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining various automated systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots electrical controls and power components in automated equipment.
  • Operates, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, and installs programmable logic controllers.
  • Performs complex diagnostic testing on all equipment.
  • Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans or manuals.
  • Fabrics parts and welds as required.
  • Interfaces with production supervisors to address performance issues.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with quality system standards and food safety programs.
  • Serves as alternate to Maintenance Mechanics for Safe Quality Food responsibilities.
