Snappr is currently looking for Food Photographers based in South Burlington, Vermont to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the creative ability to capture high-quality food images that showcase texture, color, presentation, and overall appeal. This role involves photographing food for a variety of client projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with restaurant owners, chefs, and staff to create visually engaging images that highlight their culinary offerings. Responsibilities: -Collaborate with restaurant owners, chefs, and staff to understand their vision and photography requirements. -Set up and style food for photography sessions. -Use appropriate lighting, composition, and photography techniques to enhance food presentation. -Capture high-quality images that showcase the food in an appealing and professional manner. -Complete and deliver images within the required timeframe for marketing and promotional use. Qualifications: -Must own a DSLR or professional mirrorless camera. -Proven photography experience in food, product, commercial, event, portrait, wedding, or other photography genres. -Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. -Proficiency in using photography equipment and relevant photo-editing software. -Strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and restaurant staff. -Excellent organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage schedules effectively. -Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in different client environments.
