Overview

The Food & Beverage Manager at Eldorado Hotel & Spa will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial success within the food and beverage program. This position requires a balance of service, strategy, and culture to maintain the luxury standards expected in hotel outlets.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster a professional, service-driven culture across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets for service consistency and staffing alignment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution and quality control.
  • Monitor and manage labor scheduling according to business levels and budget guidelines.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events teams for promotions and special programming.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Address guest concerns and drive service recovery.
  • Mentor and train food & beverage employees.

Required skills

  • Leadership presence overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of full-service restaurant and bar operations.
  • Financial acumen including labor management and cost controls.
  • Ability to analyze performance data for operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations.
