Overview

The Food & Nutrition Services Manager at CoxHealth is responsible for overseeing and managing the food production, retail, and clinical operations within the Food and Nutrition Services Department. This role aims to ensure high-quality service and supports departmental and organizational goals through quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage food production and clinical operations
  • Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate services
  • Support quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop educational programs for clients, students, and community
  • Supervise and manage retail operations

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Completion of an ACEND approved dietetic internship
  • Registered Dietitian with State Licensure
  • Maintains registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration
