Overview

The Food & Nutrition Services Manager at Cox Monett Hospital is responsible for overseeing and managing the food production, retail, and clinical operations within the Food and Nutrition Services Department. This role aims to provide high-quality service and implement quality improvement initiatives to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage retail and clinical operations of Food and Nutrition Services
  • Plan, direct, implement, supervise, and evaluate food production processes
  • Develop and provide educational programs for clients, students, and community audiences
  • Support departmental and organizational quality improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Completion of an ACEND approved dietetic internship
  • Registered Dietitian with State Licensure
