Overview

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in San Rafael, CA, with at least 3 years of primary care clinical experience. The role involves delivering patient care, managing medications, and coordinating with specialists and staff to ensure comprehensive health services.

Key responsibilities
