Carpet City Flooring Center is seeking a motivated Flooring & Design Sales Consultant in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to join their family-owned business, which has been serving the community since 1973. This role involves guiding customers through the flooring selection process and building long-lasting relationships, with strong earning potential supported by a guaranteed base income and uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and guide them through the flooring selection process
  • Help customers find flooring and tile solutions that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget
  • Create proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
  • Maintain communication with new and existing customers

Required skills
