Creative Works is looking for a dependable Floor Manager to lead a satellite production shop specializing in the production of one core product. The primary focus of this position is managing the daily operations, people, quality, and production output of a satellite shop dedicated to consistent, repeatable production of a specialized product.This role is ideal for someone who can balance craftsmanship with leadership. The right person will be comfortable working on the floor, guiding a team, solving problems, maintaining production flow, and helping build a shop culture where people feel supported, accountable, and proud of the work they produce.
