Woodinville Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care Services, part of Cara Veterinary, is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team.This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinary receptionist, veterinary assistant, or Licensed Veterinary Technician who is ready to grow into leadership without stepping away from the work they love. You'll be on the floor, side by side with the team, leading by doing and helping the hospital run at its best.Our Woodinville team provides both general practice and urgent care services, creating an environment where no two days are exactly the same. About the Role A Floor Manager is the leader who holds the floor. Reporting to the Hospital Administrator, you are their operational extension day to day and the person the team looks to when they need direction, support, or someone to set the pace.You lead by example and in the moment. You know the work because you do the work, and you help the team do it well. This role is designed for a strong veterinary professional who wants to take the next step into leadership while remaining actively involved in patient and client care.High-level responsibilities include:Preparing the support team scheduleLeading and assisting with one-on-ones with Team MembersCoaching in the moment and setting the tone on the floorSupporting inventory management and ordering suppliesAssisting with quarterly inventorySupporting efficient patient flow and day-to-day hospital operationsWorking side by side with the team, modeling the standard you hold them toYou bring Compassion, Consistency, and Quality to life on every shift, for the team, your patients, and your pet parents.
