Assists in creating and fostering a cohesive team and promoting a positive work environment, with periodic travel to different locations. Demonstrate sound judgement and accountability with operational standards. They will provide leadership, conflict resolution, process improvement and communication to the Personal Bankers. In the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager, will be responsible for overall branch management including but not limited to operations, sales management and productivity.Duties & Responsibilities:Promotes bank products, refer or resolve customer inquiries concerning accounts or other banking services in a positive professional and efficient manner.Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals; knows the features and benefits of all products and services to satisfy the needs of the customers.Participates in both internal and external sales activities including community and networking eventsAssures quality of customer service and adherence to bank standards.Establishes customer identity according to established guidelines and adheres to all other compliance procedures.Assists with supervision, coaching and development of Personal Bankers.Open new accounts.Balance teller drawer dailyHandling daily branch proofs, including the ATM and Vault.Performing AuditsParticipate in the daily branch opening and closingDecision overdraft report in absence of Manager or Assistant Manager.Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank by adhering to all policies and procedures.Assumes additional responsibilities as requiredAssists with supervision, coaching and development of Personal Bankers.QualificationsBachelor degree preferredHigh school diploma/GEDTwo or more years of related experience in Financial Services industryBasic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systemsThorough knowledge of all retail products and servicesProven customer service and interpersonal skillsEffective selling and referral skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work a schedule that includes SaturdaysFirst Bank is an EEO/AA Employer, M/F-Disabled-Veteran and LGBTQ+ can apply to our company for employment opportunities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $25.50 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Cash handling: 2 years (Preferred)Banking: 2 years (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personPId5-
