Overview

The Float Pharmacist position at UnitedHealth Group's Genoa Healthcare in Northern Michigan involves working collaboratively in a pharmacy care setting to support behavioral health and addiction treatment communities. The pharmacist will process prescriptions, provide medication information, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current pharmacist license in the state of Michigan
  • Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire
