This part-time role involves delivering personalized stretch sessions to clients, aiming to enhance their mobility and overall health. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
  • Guide clients safely through personalized mobility routines
  • Educate and motivate clients to improve posture, flexibility, and recovery
  • Maintain accurate notes and uphold high professional standards

Required skills

  • At least 1 year experience in fitness, wellness, or hands-on client work
  • Backgrounds in personal training, massage therapy, PT/OT, Pilates, yoga, or bodywork
  • Dependable and professional demeanor
  • Eager to learn and grow
