Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking experienced Fleet Repair Technicians (A and B) for their Fleet Repair Team in Philadelphia, PA. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours and includes a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, which emphasizes career development and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely repair and maintenance of company and customer vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for repairs and inspections
  • Verify repairs by re-testing and road testing vehicles
  • Maintain knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
  • 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Ability to use advanced automotive diagnostic equipment
  • ASE Certification or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • State Safety and Emissions license as required
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
  • Ability to pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation
