Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking experienced Fleet Repair Technicians (A and B) to join their dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Technicians will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of company-owned and customer vehicles, ensuring quality and accuracy in their work.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
  • Complete and maintain paperwork related to repairs and state inspections.
  • Verify repairs are completed properly by re-testing repaired systems and conducting road tests.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive skills and technology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician preferred.
  • Ability to use advanced automotive diagnostic equipment.
  • ASE Certification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation.
