Job Description

Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced automotive Repair Technician to join their Fleet Repair Team in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves the repair and maintenance of Club Fleet owned and customer vehicles, with a focus on providing top-notch service while working a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely repair and maintenance of Club Fleet owned vehicles and customer vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair engines (gas and diesel), transmission/transaxles, suspension, steering, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
  • Complete all repair paperwork accurately, including work orders and state inspection information.
  • Verify repairs by re-testing repaired systems and conducting road tests as necessary.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of applicable experience as an Automotive Technician preferred.
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least 2 categories or equivalent Manufactu
  • Proficient knowledge of PC-based automotive computer equipment and software applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
