Overview

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Fleet Management Administrator for a 100% onsite, temp to hire position in Norwell, MA. This role is vital in supporting a high-volume fleet maintenance operation, coordinating repairs, and managing administrative processes related to fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize outsourced vehicle maintenance and repair work
  • Review repair quotes and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships
  • Track maintenance activity and communicate updates to internal managers
  • Create purchase orders and process invoices, reimbursements, and repair documentation
  • Update asset and maintenance information within the asset management system
  • Collect vendor bids and monitor warranties
  • Provide administrative support related to fleet operations and maintenance planning

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, corporate, account management, or customer support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid computer skills and data management abilities
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fleet management or maintenance experience is a plus
