Overview

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of fire protection projects. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing multiple projects from design to completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in design coordination and material procurement
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate construction documents for permitting
  • Travel to project sites to assess status and scope
  • Manage and schedule field personnel and technicians
  • Coordinate final inspections with authorities
  • Prepare project change orders
  • Identify opportunities for cost-management and revenue growth

Required skills

  • Licensing and certification as required by codes
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
