Job Description

Overview

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to manage the execution and successful completion of fire protection projects across a specified region. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors and designers, to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall execution and completion of assigned projects
  • Coordinate delivery of projects with General Contractors, AHJs, and technical personnel
  • Assist in design coordination, material procurement, and scheduling
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly budget and schedule reports
  • Travel to project sites as needed to assess project status
  • Coordinate material release and delivery
  • Manage and schedule field personnel
  • Prepare project change orders
  • Identify opportunities for cost-management and quality improvements

Required skills

  • Licensing and certification required by National, State, and Local codes
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
