Job Description

Overview

As a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager at Impact Fire Services, you will manage the execution and successful completion of various fire protection projects in a designated geographical area. This role involves coordinating with contractors, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in design coordination, material listing, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly reports on budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower forecasts.
  • Coordinate the production of construction documents for permitting with design team and AHJ.
  • Travel to project sites to assess project status and scope.
  • Manage and schedule Systems Technician(s) and field personnel.
  • Coordinate final inspections with AHJ and all supporting trades.
  • Prepare project change orders.
  • Identify opportunities for improved cost management, revenue growth, and quality.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of operational and/or project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles for planning and resource allocation.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to company systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel, including overnight.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Licensing and certification required by National, State, and Local codes.
