Overview

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the execution and completion of fire protection projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in design coordination and material procurement
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly budget reports
  • Coordinate production of construction documents for permitting
  • Travel to project sites to assess status and scope
  • Manage schedules and coordinate final inspections with AHJ
  • Prepare project change orders
  • Identify opportunities for cost-management and quality improvement

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional appearance
  • Teamwork and flexibility to meet customer requirements
  • Willingness to travel overnight
  • Valid driver's license
