Job Description

Overview

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction in the fire protection industry. This role requires coordination with various stakeholders and the management of multiple projects from design to final completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in design coordination, material listing, and procurement
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly budget reports
  • Coordinate construction documents for permitting with design team and AHJ
  • Travel to project sites to determine project status and scope
  • Manage scheduling for Systems Technicians and field personnel
  • Prepare project change orders and coordinate final inspections
  • Identify opportunities for cost-management and revenue growth

Required skills

  • 3+ years of project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Understanding of industry licensing and certification requirements
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
