Overview

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the execution and completion of fire protection projects within a specific geographical region. The role involves coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing multiple projects from design to final inspection.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in design coordination, material listing and procurement
  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate the production of construction documents for permitting
  • Travel to project sites to assess status and scope
  • Manage and schedule Systems Technicians and field personnel
  • Coordinate final inspections with AHJ and supporting trades
  • Prepare project change orders
  • Identify opportunities for improved cost-management and quality

Required skills

  • Licensing and certification as required by codes
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to fit into a teamwork culture
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Organizational skills and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
