Finishing Specialist (Print Production & Reprographics NYC)Under the direction of the Finishing Manager, the Finishing Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of print finishing, post-production, and packaging tasks within a fast-paced reprographics and digital printing environment. This position is based in our New York, NY location. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in print finishing, bindery, and production support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform print finishing operations, including weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and installing grommetsPrepare and package completed printed materials and large-format graphics for timely deliveryEnsure all finished jobs are properly labeled, secured, and shipped according to production standardsMaintain, clean, and support finishing and production equipment on a regular basisAssist with inventory control and organization of production and finishing suppliesConstruct boxes and packaging materials for completed print jobs as neededSupport the installation team with preparation and on-site assistance when requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized production and finishing workspacePerform additional duties as assigned by the Finishing ManagerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required02 years of experience in print finishing, production, reprographics, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with laminating, mounting, bindery, and finishing processesAbility to work in a fast-paced print production environment with tight deadlinesStrong ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneouslyAttention to detail and commitment to quality control and accuracyWillingness to learn and support various production and installation functions
